EstimateWiz (“we”, “estimatewiz.com”) is built to be private by design.
Everything you type into our generators — business names, client details, line items, prices — is processed entirely in your browser and saved only to your device's local storage so your drafts survive a page reload. It is never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes it permanently.
Standard web-server access logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp), used for security and to understand aggregate traffic. We do not sell data, and we do not run third-party advertising.
If you choose to enter your email to remove the document badge, we store that address (with the time and page where you entered it) and may send occasional product updates. For browser-local document generators, we do not receive your document contents; uploaded review requests are covered below. we don't sell or share addresses, and you can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.
We don't set tracking cookies. Local storage is used solely to save your drafts on your own device.
Browser-local document printing uses your browser. Uploaded drawing reviews are processed using OpenAI/Codex as described below.

We collect your delivery email, project brief and PDF drawings to provide an AI-assisted review using OpenAI/Codex. Do not upload drawings without permission or unnecessary personal details. Private links grant access: do not share them. For new submissions under this policy, drawings, request details and results are retained during the beta without a fixed expiry, to follow up on requests and analyse and improve the service. You can delete your request and files at any time from your private page or contact support. This does not authorise publishing your drawings or training models on them. Earlier submissions retain the deletion period disclosed when submitted. Transactional mail can remain in our mailbox. General feedback is retained for up to one year. We do not publish your drawings or use them as public examples without separate permission. Contact support@rendun.co for help or deletion requests. These uploaded requests are separate from browser-local document tools.
