Templates, sample line items, price ranges and FAQ content on this site are general information, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Requirements for business documents vary by state and country — confirm yours with a qualified professional.
You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you create and for how you use them. For browser-local document tools, you are also responsible for backing up anything important (download the PDF).
Don't use the service to create fraudulent or deceptive documents, and don't attempt to disrupt the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstimateWiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
This beta is free, capacity-limited and queued, without a guaranteed turnaround. Outputs are preliminary AI-assisted estimates, not certified quantity surveys, engineering approvals or binding contractor quotes. We identify unpriced or missing scope; a priced subtotal is not a complete project cost. Verify quantities, specifications, local prices and taxes before bidding or purchasing.
